2308A-1HPGGI Overview
The Rail/Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the TSSOP package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 16 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V.
