A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 1 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.In the absence of a 13V~18V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~150°C TJ.It's configured with 14 terminations.You mount it with Surface Mount.In addition, it is specifically designed to operate with a supply voltage of 15V.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 1200V.The output current of this device can be set to 15A.Among the Automotive, AEC-Q100, EiceDriver? series, this gate driver is included.
