XRP7664IDTR-F Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Cut Tape (CT) package for optimized performance. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 340kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.925V. The output current of 2A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. 18V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 12V. Based on the maximal adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage of 16V, adjusting voltage regulator can be operated easily.
