XR28V384IM48-F Overview
It can be found in the TQFP package that you can download. The packaging is shaped in a Cut Tape-shape, which makes it easy to carry around. 48 pins are needed for operation. SERIAL IO/COMMUNICATION CONTROLLER, SERIAL uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs are present in this gadget. The supply current to the gadget is set to 17mA. The supply voltage should be set to 3.3V for maximum efficiency. The stable operation is enabled by the maximum operating temperature of 85°C°C.
