The package uses a neat 64-TBGA interface.External packaging of type Tray.A qualified individual to operate within -40°C~85°C is required.This device can be programmed using the In System Programmable language.FPGA is powered by a voltage which is 1.7V~2V volts, and this voltage is the voltage from which the generator is powered.This memory device is mounted in Surface Mount.The size of data storage is limited to 128Mb.You can search "XCF128X" for other related parts.The supply voltage is 1.8V.There are different functions associated with 64 terminations.This memory device can be used with a maximum voltage of 2V.1.7V is the minimum voltage required to supply the device.The memory chip in this picture is called a FLASH memory chip.If you're reflow soldering, you shouldn't go above 225.A 64 pin is included in it.Data is transmitted in this memory using a PARALLEL process.For the memory chip to operate, it requires a voltage not exceeding 0.053mA.64 pins are set with the part.The use of a 1.81.8/3.3V power supply is recommended in order to achieve best results.For applications involving Surface Mount, it is suitable.The type of Flash Memories it is is specific.
