XC9221C093ER-G Overview
Capsuled in the 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 2.8V~16V. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 300kHz . The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. 6 terminations with various dc switching's functions. To name a few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt, it includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 5V. In particular, switching converter belongs to the Switching Regulator or Controllers family. dc dc voltage regulators should have a minimum input voltage of 2.8V. The value of DC to DC voltage regulator is set to PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE IS ALSO AVAILABLE in order to better satisfy the requirement. As a result, switching converter outputs current to the greatest value possible (3A). Basically, it's a dc to dc voltage regulator from the XC9221 series.
