FPGA uses a nice 44-LCC (J-Lead) package that makes FPGA easy to use.Packaging for external use.0°C~70°C license holder.Using the OTP axis, it can be programmed to do whatever you want.FPGA is fed wFPGAh a voltage of 3V~3.6V.I have mounted this memory device in Surface Mount.Look for "XC17V02" for other related parts.Supply voltage 3.3V is required.Different functions can be assigned to 44 terminations.With 3.6V as the maximum voltage, the memory device can be used.Minimum voltage 3V is required for the device to work.This is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.If you're reflow soldering, you shouldn't go above 225.In this case, it has 44 pins.SERIAL-process memory transmits data.The memory chip is allowed to operate at a voltage that is no greater than 0.015mA.With the part are included 44 pins.When it comes to speed, this is a memory IC that can work at a frequency of 15MHz, which is very fast.As far as memory I/O is concerned, it is configured as COMMON.Before using the part in a circuit, it is recommended that the user apply 3.3V before the part is used in order to ensure that it runs safely and reliably in the circuit.
