This package is based on a neat 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package which is used by it.Packing on the outside is Tube.Qualified to operate within 0°C~70°C.This device can be programmed using the OTP language.A voltage of 3V~3.6V is applied to it.I have mounted this memory device in Surface Mount.Currently, data storage can only store data up to 2Mb bytes.XC17S200A will give you other related parts.There is a voltage requirement of 3.3V for supplying it with power.Different types of 8 terminations are available with different functions.This memory device can be used with a maximum voltage of 3.6V.FPGA is essential that a minimum voltage of 3V be supplied to the device in order for FPGA to function.FPGA is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip that we are talking about here.Reflow soldering should be done at 225°C maximum.FPGA is equipped wFPGAh 8 pins.As a result of the SERIAL process, data is transmitted from this memory.The memory chip is allowed to operate at a voltage that is no greater than 0.015mA.As part of the package, the part comes with a set of 8 pins.The memory's I/O is configured to be COMMON in terms of its configuration.Before using the part in a circuit, it is recommended that the user apply 3.3V before the part is used in order to ensure that it runs safely and reliably in the circuit.
