The package uses a neat 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) interface.Packaging for the external environment.A qualified individual to operate within 0°C~70°C is required.FPGA is programmable through OTP.A voltage of 3V~3.6V is applied to it.This memory device is mounted in Surface Mount.A maximum of 1.5Mb bytes of data can be stored.You can search "XC17S150A" for other related parts.The supply voltage is 3.3V.There are different functions associated with 20 terminations.FPGA is possible to use this memory device at a maximum voltage of 3.6V.There must be a minimum voltage of 3V to supply the device with the power it needs.The memory chip in this picture is called a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.If reflow soldering is being performed, the temperature should not be higher than 225 when soldering should be reflowed.In this case, it has 20 pins.SERIAL-processing is used to transmit data through this memory using the SERIAL-processing algorithm.The memory chip is allowed to operate from a voltage no higher than 0.005mA.There is a set of 20 pins included with the part.The memory's I/O is configured as COMMON.Prior to the use of the part in a circuit, it is recommended that users apply the 3.3V to the part so that the part will run as safely and reliably as possible.
