This package makes use of the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) programming language.Tube external packaging.Licensed to operate in 0°C~70°C.The OTP programming language can be used to program it.The voltage is 3V~3.6V.I have mounted this memory device in Surface Mount.For other related parts, search "XC17S100A".There is a requirement that it is supplied with a voltage of 3.3V.Various functions can be applied to 20 terminations.3.6V is the maximum voltage that can be used with this memory device.To supply the device, a minimum voltage of 3V is a must.The memory chip in this picture is called a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.Reflow soldering should be done at 225°C maximum.A 20 pin is included in it.In this memory, data is transmitted using the SERIAL process.The memory chip is allowed to operate at a voltage that is no greater than 0.015mA.Parts include 20 pins.There is a COMMON configuration for the memory's I/O.Using 3.3V on the part before use will help the part run safely and reliably in a circuit.
