This package is based on a neat 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package which is used by it.Packaging for external use.Qualified to perform a variety of tasks within the 0°C~70°C environment.This device can be programmed using OTP.An electric current of 3V~3.6V is applied to it.There is a memory device mounted in Surface Mount.Currently, data storage can only store data up to 65kb bytes.You can search "XC1765EL" for other related parts.FPGA reuqires a supply voltage of 3.3V.There are different functions associated with 8 terminations.There is a maximum voltage of 3.6V that can be applied to this memory device.FPGA is essential that a minimum voltage of 3V be supplied to the device in order for FPGA to function.The memory chip in this picture is called a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.When soldering in reflow mode, the temperature should be kept below 225 at all times during the soldering process.8 pins are present.In this memory, data is transmitted using the SERIAL process.For the memory chip to operate, it requires a voltage not exceeding 0.005mA.With the part are included 8 pins.Speaking of speed, this is a memory IC that can work at a 2.5MHz frequency.Memory is configured as COMMON for memory's I/O.Memory is recommended that a 3.3V power supply be used.Therefore, USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS is included in order to better meet customer needs.
