A neat 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is used.Packaging for external use.In the state of -40°C~85°C, licensed to work.With the help of OTP, it can be programmed.A voltage of 3V~3.6V is applied to it in order to power it.The memory device is mounted in Through Hole.The size of data storage is limited to 256Kb.Try searching "XC17256EL" for more parts.The supply voltage should be 3.3V.Different functions can be assigned to 8 terminations.There is a maximum voltage of 3.6V that can be applied to this memory device.3V must be the minimum voltage supplied to the device.An example of a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip can be seen in the picture below.In reflow soldering procedure, the temperature should be controlled to no higher than 225.In this case, it has 8 pins.Through SERIAL-processing, data is transmitted from this memory to the CPU.A memory chip can operate at a voltage no greater than 0.005mA.As part of the package, the part comes with a set of 8 pins.An IC that can work at 15MHz frequency is a memory IC.The I/O configuration of the memory is COMMON.In order for the part to function safely and reliably as part of a circuit, 3.3V recommends that users apply 3.3V to the part prior to use in order to ensure that it will work properly.Memory features USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS to better serve the need.
