There is a neat 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package that is used in this program.Packaging for the external environment.-40°C~85°C-qualified.Using the OTP axis, it can be programmed to do whatever you want.A voltage of 3V~3.6V is applied to it in order to power it.The memory device is mounted in the Through Hole position.There is a limit of 128kb MB for the amount of data that can be stored.You can search "XC17128EL" for other related parts.The supply voltage should be 3.3V.A termination with different functions in the 8 axis.3.6V is the maximum voltage that can be used with this memory device.Minimum voltage 3V is required for the device to work.An example of a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip can be seen in the picture below.Reflow soldering should be done at no higher than 225 degrees.FPGA is equipped wFPGAh 8 pins.A SERIAL-processing method is used to transfer data through this memory.Memory chips can operate at a voltage no higher than 0.005mA.In the package, you will find a set of 8 pins.When it comes to speed, this is a memory IC that can work at a frequency of 15MHz, which is very fast.As far as memory I/O is concerned, it is configured as COMMON.The use of a 3.3V power supply is recommended in order to achieve best results.In order to better serve the needs, USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS is included.
