The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 176-LQFP Exposed Pad, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced packaging method Tray. In the CPU, there are 1 Core 32-Bit cores and 1 Core 32-Bit bus width. K0°C~90°C TJw what the operating temperature is around 0°C~90°C TJ. A Sitara? series item. With a core count of ARM926EJ-S, this CPU is multicore. A CPU with this architecture uses SDRAM RAM controllers. To serve better this microprocessor features I2C, McASP, SPI, MMC/SD, UART interfaces.
