WM8973CLGEFL/V Overview
Space-saving reasons have led to it being packaged in a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Packaging is done in the form of a Tray. Due to the fact that this part is of the type Stereo Audio, it is capable of delivering high-efficiency performance in a wide range of applications. It employs Surface Mount as its mounting type. At -25°C~85°C, it can operate normally. The board is integrated with 2 / 2 ADCs and DACs. 1.8V~3.6V of supply voltage are applied to the analog circuit. Supply voltage is set to 1.42V~3.6V for the digital circuit. In order to prevent signal reflections from off the end of the transmission line, 32 terminations are used. Based on the Surface Mount technology, the module is mounted to a PCB. In order to operate, it must be supplied with a voltage of 2V.
