Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) case. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the Variable Gain-type. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used for delivering the op amp. There is a growing number of terminations approaching the number of 10. In total, there are 10 pins on this op amp ic. This linear amplifier should be powered by an 5V battery. It should be noted that this type of buffer amplifier is exactly what is known as a Other Analog ICs device.
