UPD301A-I/KYX Overview
It is a part of the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Regulating the temperature to -40°C~85°C is crucial to ensuring reliable operation. It should be able to operate on a 1.62V~5.25VV power supply. In it, there are terminations that end in 40. 1.8V is an ideal supply voltage for high efficiency. It is currently possible to obtain 23.84mA. As of right now, there are 2 channels available. It is set to 1.98V if the maximum voltage supply (Vsup) is to be used. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.62V so the device can function normally.
