UCD9090RGZT Overview
There are 48 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Cut Tape (CT) model. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. IC management is packaged as a 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Sequencer products as well. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. IC management conducts at a voltage of 3.3V. A supply voltage of 10 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. In total, the power management has 48 pins in it. This power management system has 48 pins. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 3V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 3.6V volts in this IC management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~110°C TA.
