UCD90160ARGCT Overview
As you can see, this power management is mounted through 64 terminals. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. In this PMIC, you can find 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad functions for your reference.
