UCD90124ARGCT Overview
A total of 64 terminals are used to mount this power management. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Sequencer products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. The supervisor is always powered by a 3.3V volt supply. IC management is possible to find a succession of 12 voltages that have been checked. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. A total of 64 pins are located on this power management. The pins of the power management system count 64. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 3V volts. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 3.6V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~110°C TA. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 8mA. It is always advisable to use UCD90124, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
