UCD90120RGCR Overview
Power management is mounted through 64 terminals. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 12 channels. To assist you, this PMIC includes 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Sequencer products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. In a 3.3V supply voltage, the power management conducts. When a supply voltage of 12 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. Power management has a total of 64 pins. 64 pins make up the power management. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 3V volts. There should be no more than 3.6V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountYou should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~110°C TA . As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain, Push-Pull. There is a 55mA supply current present in the power management. For similar manage ics search of the manufacturer, you can always refer to UCD90120, the base PMIC number. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 55mA.
