UCC5696PN Overview
A 27 termination occurs when a transmission line is terminated with a device that matches its characteristic impedance. Because of the low cost of its packages, the 80-LQFP is well known in the electronic industry. Tray's packaging is made of the same materials. Surface Mount is used for mounting it on a PCB. It is not recommended to exceed 0°C~70°C for the Operating Temperature. The material qualifies for standard applications as a SCSI, LVD-qualified material. The 2.7V~5.25V Supply Voltage ensures normal operation. It is possible to find related parts using Base Part Number UCC5696. There are specific uses for the 80 pins.
