UCC3946N Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 8 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Packaged in a Tube-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Through Hole mounts power management on the wall. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. Power management has a total of 8 pins. There are 8 pins on the power managment ic. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 2V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. Power management recommends the Through Hole mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: 0°C~70°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. The supply current of the power management is 10μA. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by UCC3946. The power management must be powered by 2.5/5V volts to function properly. A maximum supply temperature of 18μA can be used with this power management.
