UCC28220QPWRQ1 Overview
With its 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 2 input. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 8V~14.5V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 200kHz~2MHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount.
