A 18 termination occurs when a transmission line is terminated with a device that matches its characteristic impedance. A low package cost makes the 24-DIP (0.600, 15.24mm) popular in the electronics industry. Packaging follows Tube's material specifications. Through Hole allows mounting of PCBs.
