UC3903QG3 Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 20 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. It is packaged with Tube. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Power management consists of 4 channels, each of which can be used independently. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 20-LCC (J-Lead) functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. When a supply voltage of 15V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power management conducts at a voltage of 4. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, the power management has 20 pins in it. 20 pins make up the power management. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 8V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 40V volts in this IC management. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. We recommend setting the supervisors to 0°C~70°C TA degrees. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. The supply current of the power management is 7mA. You can always use UC3903, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The maximum supply temperature that PMIC chip can work with is 18mA.
