With its 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 4 numbers. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 9V~20V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Workable in an dc switcher where 0°C~70°C TA is the 0°C~70°C TArm.
