UC3524D Overview
With a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. 2 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tube enclosure. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 8V~40V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Workable in an dc switcher where 0°C~70°C TA is the 0°C~70°C TArm. The switching controller can be switched at 300kHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Ramp.
