UC2903J Overview
A total of 18 terminals are used to mount this power management. Tube-packaging is used. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. On this supervisor, there is a series of 4 channels that can be found. There are 18-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor manage ics. The supervisor is always powered by a 15V volt supply. A supply voltage of 4 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. A total of 18 pins are located on this power management. There are 18 pins on the supervisor. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 8V. This IC power should be powered by no more than 40V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). Through Hole is the recommended mounting type. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. You can always use UC2903, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. A maximum supply temperature of 15mA can be used with this power management.
