Currently, it is available as a 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.A Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method was used to package it.Surface Mount is the mounting type of the device.The voltage supply of 10V~20V should be used.Device -55°C~125°C operates at -55°C~125°C.As well as the POWER FACTOR CONTROLLER integrated circuit, this part contains other types of integrated circuits as well.Several 16 terminals are present on the gadget.Currently, the startup current is 300μA.Pin 16 remains the component's pin number.I think the best thing about this device is that there is a number of UC2854 in it.Switching occurs at a frequency of 80kHz~120kHz.There are 16 pins in this board, which make up its sum.A minimum input voltage of 10V is required for it to function.I guess you could say it's a subclass of Switching Regulator or Controllers in a way.The maximum input voltage (Max) of the circuit is 20V.As long as the frequency is kept constant at 100kHz, it is possible to continue to operate with good accuracy.It works in 12A output current at mostAs a rule of thumb, the component is always powered by a 18V volt supply.If isup is greater than 12mA, then the supply current is too high.There are 18V supplies on the device.A 7.5V-output can be used to control it.
