TS974IDT Overview
The linear amplifier is packaged in a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case. An op amp ic of the General Purpose type. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Cut Tape (CT) case. The number of terminations is approaching the 14 mark. Buffer amplifier has a total of 14 pins on it. I would like to remind you that this buffer op amp should be powered by an 2.5V battery. A type of Operational Amplifier op amp ic can be identified by the fact that this is a type of Operational Amplifier device. The op amp ic has an array of 14 pins on it. Op amp rates 5mV as input offset voltage. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type for this linear amplifier. According to the manufacturer, this buffer op amp works well at -40°C~125°C , which is a good operating temperature. Operational amplifier can operate supply current at 2mA.
