TS5A3359DCUR Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 8-VFSOP (0.091, 2.30mm Width). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 3:1. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, there have been 8 terminations. Using a single voltage supply, this switch device consumes 1.65V~5.5V volts. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 50nA, damage can occur. A 100MHz-bandwidth can be used for data transfer. A Drain to Source resistance of 900mOhm is shown for this electronic part. 3 outputs are included in the analogue multiplexer.
