TS5A3159DBVTG4 Overview
Packed in SOT-23, the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape and Reel is used. Total terminations are 6. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 1.8V voltage supply. An electrical component of this type can be found in the 6 series. Analog switches have 1.1Ohm internal resistance. For functions related to 6 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Theswitch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 5.5V. Digital switch that provides Single power at a cost-effective price. It is recommended that the electrical component receives a voltage of 1.65V. This digital switch can be operated with a current of 100nA. It may damage the digital multiplexer if the voltage is higher than 100nA. During operation, the multiplexer should not be exposed to a temperature above 85°C. 2 outputs are included in the analogue multiplexer.
