TS5A23160DGSRG4 Overview
The electrical component comes in 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. The advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) provides high reliability. Surface Mount is where this multiplexer is located. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 2:1. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA extended. A total of 10 terminations have been recorded. The electronic part provides high-quality output because it has 2 channels. Powered by a 1.8V voltage supply, the electrical part should be switched on and run. A total of 10 pins are injected into the body of the electronic part. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SPDT switching circuits. There are 2 circuits in this switch device. Use TS5A23160 to search for variants of the digital switches. This digital multiplexer has 900mOhm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 10 pins functions. There is Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer like this in the world. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 5.5V. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Single supply. There should be 1.65V voltage fed to the electrical part below 1.65V. This multiplexer would work with 10nA current. This analog switch requires a voltage of 1.65V~5.5V to drain from a single voltage supply. If you put voltage higher than 500nA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. The outputs of this digital multiplexer are SEPARATE OUTPUT in number. The transfer of data can be performed over 100MHz bandwidths.
