TS5A12301EYFPR Overview
The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 6-XFBGA, DSBGA. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Multiplexers like this are mounted in the Surface Mount position. 2:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. There are 6 terminations totally. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 1 channels. When the electronic component is given a voltage of 2.5V, it should be turned on and run.
