Presented in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, you'll find this switch device. 2:1 is the number of circuits in the multiplexer and demultiplexer. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA extended. There are 16 terminations totally. A electrical component with 4 channels is capable of high-quality output. Powered by a 1.8V voltage supply, the electrical part should be switched on and run. A total of 16 pins are injected into the body of the electronic part. A SPDT switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 1.65V. The analogue multiplexer could operate on 15nA current. Analogue multiplexers require a 1.65V~4.3V voltage to drain from a single voltage supply. Putting voltage greater than 400nA on the multiplexer may cause damage. There is a voltage range of 3V operating voltages for the electrical part. Operating the 4 inputs requires 4 inputs. A 35MHz-bandwidth can be used for data transfer. There is 450mOhm resistance between the Drain and Source on this part. A analog switch ics with 8 outputs is included.
