Packed in 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tape & Reel (TR). In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. There is 2:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. An extended operating temperature of -40°C~85°C TA degrees Celsius. 16 terminations have been made so far. A electrical component with 4 channels is capable of high-quality output. If the voltage supply is 1.8V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. An injection of 16 pins is performed into the body of the electrical component. Circuits based on SPDT switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. There are 4 circuits in this switch device. TS3A44159 can be used to search for analog multiplexer variants. Analog switches have 450mOhm internal resistance. You can find the functions of the 16 pins in the datasheets. It is a typical Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer. Users should never supply a voltage higher than 4.3V to a switch device. The analog switch ic is of the Single supply type and is cost-effective. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 1.65V. This multiplexer would work with 15nA current. This analog switch requires a voltage of 1.65V~4.3V to drain from a single voltage supply. Put voltage above 400nA on the multiplexer to cause damage. There are SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this analog switch ic. It can operate from 3V operating voltages. Operating 2 inputs is required. A 35MHz-bandwidth can be used for data transfer. It has a Drain to Source resistance of 300mOhm ohms.
