TS3A27518ERTWR Description
A high-performance 8:1 analog multiplexer/demultiplexer switch made for single-supply systems is the TS3A27518ERTWR. It has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, low on-state resistance (Ron), and low charge injection. The component is appropriate for applications with limited space, such as handheld devices, industrial control systems, and communication systems since it is located in a compact 20-pin QFN package.

ESD protection (2 kV HBM, 400 V CDM)
Wide supply voltage range (1.8 V to 5.5 V)
Extended temperature range (-40°C to 125°C)
Compatible with CMOS and LV-CMOS logic levels
Low Ron (0.05 Ω) and low charge injection (< 1 pC)
8:1 high-performance analog multiplexer/demultiplexer switch
Break-before-make switching action for hot-swapping capability
High off-isolation (> 60 dB at 1 MHz) and low crosstalk (< -55 dB at 1 MHz)
