It is packaged in an 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width)-case that protects the operational amplifiers from damage. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. As far as the packaging is concerned, buffer op amp is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. There is a growing number of terminations approaching the number of 8.
