TS12A4514DR Overview
Due to its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C TA. This analog switch requires a voltage of 2.7V~12V to drain from a single voltage supply. If you put voltage higher than 50nA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs are utilized by this digital multiplexer. There are 1 inputs to be operated. A 520MHz-bandwidth can be used for data transfer.
