TS12A4514DBVR Overview
The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a SC-74A, SOT-753. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 1:1. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA. Totally, there are 5 terminations. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. A 3.3V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component. As part of the design of the 5 series, this electronic part has been incorporated into the system. Circuits based on SPST - NO switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. TS12A4514 can be used to search for analog multiplexer variants. Analog switches have 10Ohm internal resistance. For functions related to 5 pins, please refer to the datasheets. In this analog multiplexer, the value is Multiplexer or Switches. Users shouldn't supply more than 12V voltage to the switch device. The analog switch ic is of the Single supply type and is cost-effective. There should be 2V voltage fed to the electrical part below 2V. For this digital switch to work, 50nA current would suffice. A voltage of 2.7V~12V is required to drain this analog switch from a single voltage supply. It may damage the digital multiplexer if the voltage is higher than 50nA. The outputs of this digital multiplexer are SEPARATE OUTPUT in number. The electrical component supports 1 inputs. There are various bandwidths available for data transfer. There is 10Ohm resistance between Drain and Source for this electronic part.
