TRF3765IRHBR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 32 terminations within RF synthesizer. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 4.8GHz. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V. A maximum voltage of 3V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. There should be 3V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance.
