TRF3761-EIRHARG4 Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the VQFN EP package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 40 terminations to be found. To operate this time clock generator, 5V voltage should be applied. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An upper frequency limit of 1.94GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The clock-generating IC is a 40-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. The clock PLL has 40 pins that are available. There are -40°C operations that can be performed on this clock generator, which has impressive low-temperature performance. At 85°C, this RF synthesizer remains functional despite reduced performance. The maximum supply voltage that analog clock generator can handle is 5V. The clock PLL is generally classified as a PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits device. 1 signal outputs are provided for enhancing output frequency as much as possible. It is unacceptable to supply this clock PLL with a voltage higher than 5.25V. Its lowest supply voltage is 4.5V. By operating at a frequency of 1.94GHz, frequency generator is able to achieve high efficiency. Analog ICs are classified as PLL FREQUENCY SYNTHESIZER-devices and this RF synthesizer is one.
