TRF3761-CIRHAT Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 40 terminations to be found. A voltage of 5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. There are 4.5V~5.25V available for use with this clock PLL. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Integer-N Synthesizer/VCO component.
