TPS65021RHAR Overview
It is appropriate for the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The analog IC in this power management IC is POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT. Channels are available on 3. There are 40 pins on it. It comes in a case with a Tape & Reel (TR). To mount this electronic component, use Surface Mount. Supply voltage should not fall below 2.5V volts for this electric component. There is a mounting point for this electronic component in the direction of Surface Mount. Supply voltage shouldn't exceed 6V volts for this power IC. It can deliver the functions listed in Power Management. To best deliver its performance, the electronic part should be operated at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA. This electronic component includes Lithium Ion/Polymer in its battery chemistry. Keep in mind that this battery management IC should be set to 3.6V at all times. The model is based on the TPS65021 family. The supply (Isup) must provide 0.043mA more than 0.043mA current. Under 6V, it is possible to power the battery instrument input voltage. The transceiver ic can be supplied with a maximum of 1.2A watts of current.
