TPS5120QDBTRQ1G4 Overview
The switching controller fits in the 30-TFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. For outputs of 2, this dc motor controller is suitable. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 4.5V~28V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 300kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Power Good, Soft Start. Switch converters are connected to ICs with DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs.
