Capsuled in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 2 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 4.5V~20V voltage are supplied and operated. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. Switching can be done at 200kHz~1.5MHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Connected to a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the QUAD position.
