Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 35kHz~1MHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING REGULATOR analog outputs.
