TPS40200QDRQ1 Overview
With a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.5V~52V.
