TPS40007DGQ Overview
Capsuled in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. 2.25V~5.5V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters.
